The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to build and strengthen relationships with our hedge fund clients. You will focus on onboarding new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring the renewal and growth of client subscriptions. You will work closely with our co-founders, analysts, and sales team to ensure clients see the full value of our financial insights.
Your success will be measured by:
✅New Business Development – Effectively managing trials, converting prospects into long-term clients, and opening doors for new accounts.
✅Account Expansion – Identifying opportunities to grow client subscriptions and expand usage across new teams or products.
✅Client Retention – Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring continued engagement, leading to successful renewals.
