Senior Account Manager – Investment Data Solutions

The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to build and strengthen relationships with our hedge fund clients. You will focus on onboarding new accounts, expanding existing relationships, and ensuring the renewal and growth of client subscriptions. You will work closely with our co-founders, analysts, and sales team to ensure clients see the full value of our financial insights.

Your success will be measured by:

New Business Development – Effectively managing trials, converting prospects into long-term clients, and opening doors for new accounts.
Account Expansion – Identifying opportunities to grow client subscriptions and expand usage across new teams or products.
Client Retention – Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring continued engagement, leading to successful renewals.

What We Need You To Do
  • New Client Onboarding
    Engage with warm prospects from events or referrals, manage trials from start to finish, and convert them into long-term subscribers.

  • Account Expansion
    Build relationships with central data buyers, helping them drive internal adoption of our services. Identify new teams and opportunities for upsells and expanded usage.

  • Client Engagement & Retention
    Stay in regular contact with current clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our insights. Drive engagement, encourage broader adoption, and flag any potential churn risks.

What You Bring to Hatched
  • 3+ years in a client-facing or commercial role, ideally in financial services or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on new business and long-term account management.
  • Experience in engaging with clients to drive renewals, upsells, and product adoption.
  • Comfortable discussing financial data insights and how they integrate into investment processes.
  • Collaborative and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple clients and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
